I saw people posting birthday wishes to you, but I didn't know what day it was! Please accept my belated - BUT VERY SINCERE - best wishes and squishy love and hugs. Also, spankings, should you wish.
Littlest Romanita's present amuses me to no end. ♥
Thank you! I think forty-one spanks might hurt a bit. I don't know how the octogenarians handle it! *g*
She amuses me all the time. Sometimes I've a difficult time keeping a stern face when I need to give her the 'This is how we behave in public and with our friends' lecture.
No spanks, check. *sadface*
Oh! And what's with the elder Romanita's new look? She sounds *adorable*.
Yes, my childhood trauma makes me a boring person. *g*
Hmm, I don't know if it's so much a new look as I haven't really talked about it? I tend to post more about the wee one because she's the larger than life one in the family. My not-so-wee Romanita has insisted on shopping in the boy's section since I had to first get school clothes for her in kindergarten. She's also told me that she wishes she were a boy. And she was overjoyed, recently, when an acquaintance asked her if she were a boy or a girl. When she asked him why, he told her because she talks like a boy and looks like one. I don't think he meant it as a compliment, but she took it as one.
You must be a very kind mummy!
I wouldn't have dared pull a stunt like that, even if I had thought of it!
Hee! I don't know about kind. Maybe shocked. *g* She's quite the bold one and *charming*. She gets away with a lot. Not just with me, but pretty much everyone she knows.
Sounds like a very good birthday--and look! Good wishes are still coming! Happy Belated Birthday! *G*
I missed your birthday! And I ever got a notice from LJ this time. I fail.
Wishes you a very late but happy birthday :) Your kids seem awefully cute and clever ;D
Thank you! I'll take birthday wishes any time. *g*
My children amuse me. It's their job. *nods sagely*
Yay sounds like a great day. I'm quite amused by the necklace. My mother (of all people) gave me a sweater several years ago that was 100% not my style. When I just stared at it trying to come up with something nice to say, she said, "Do you not like it? I'll keep it." And then she just took it from me while we were still opening gifts. She did, however, take me shopping after for something more suitable.
